1. Check the oil level frequently. If it does not meet the requirements, adjust it to meet the requirements. The vacuum pump manufacturer kindly reminds that during operation, the oil level shall be subject to the center of the oil standard.
2. The oil change period is determined by the user according to the actual use and whether it can meet the performance requirements. Generally, when a new vacuum pump is used to remove clean and dry gas, it is recommended to change the oil after working for about 100 hours. When ferrous metal powder is not visible in the oil, the oil change cycle can be appropriately extended in the future.
3. Regularly check the quality of oil products. If the oil deteriorates, replace it with new oil in time to ensure the normal operation of the vacuum pump.
4. The lubricating oil of the vacuum pump shall be changed every 100 hours within the working month and every 500 hours thereafter.
5. The vacuum pump is generally overhauled after 2000 hours of operation. Check the aging degree of the rubber seal, check whether the exhaust valve plate has cracks, and remove the dirt deposited on the valve plate and exhaust valve seat. Clean the parts in the whole vacuum pump cavity, such as rotor, rotor, spring, etc., usually clean with gasoline and dry. After cleaning the rubber parts, dry them with a dry cloth. Handle with care during cleaning and assembly to avoid collision.
6. Add bearing lubricating oil into the bearing body, observe that the oil level should be at the center line of the oil standard, and replace or supplement the lubricating oil in time.
7. Check whether the vacuum pump pipeline and connector are loose. Turn the vacuum pump by hand to see if it is flexible.
8. After reassembly, the vacuum pump manufacturer shall conduct test run. Generally, it must idle for 2 hours and change the oil twice. Since a certain amount of volatile substances will remain when the vacuum pump is cleaned, it can be put into normal operation after normal operation.
9. Start the motor. When the vacuum pump operates normally, turn on the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump. After the appropriate pressure is displayed, gradually open the gate valve and check the motor load at the same time.
10. Try to control the flow and head of the vacuum pump within the range marked on the label, so as to ensure that the vacuum pump operates at the high efficiency point, so as to achieve energy-saving effect.
11. When the vacuum pump stops, close the gate valve and pressure gauge first, and then stop the motor.
12. During the operation of the vacuum pump, the bearing temperature shall not exceed the ambient temperature by 35 ℃, and the high temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃.
13. The lubricating oil of the vacuum pump shall be changed every 100 hours within the working month and every 500 hours thereafter.
14. Adjust the packing gland frequently to ensure that the leakage in the packing cavity is normal (good Z is dripping). Regularly check the wear of the shaft sleeve, and replace it in time if the wear is large.
15. When the vacuum pump is not used for a long time, the pump should be completely disassembled, the water should be wiped dry, the rotating parts and joints should be coated with grease, installed and properly kept. When the vacuum pump is used in cold winter, after shutdown, unscrew the oil drain plug at the lower part of the pump body and drain the medium. Prevent frost cracking.
