2、 Working principle of oil-free vacuum pump: oil-free vacuum pump is the same as general positive displacement pump, which is composed of stator, rotor, rotating blade, cylinder block, motor and other main parts. The rotor with rotating blades is eccentrically installed in the stator cylinder. When the rotor rotates at a high speed, the four radial sliding rotating blades in the rotor slot separate the pump cavity into four working chambers. Due to the centrifugal force, the rotating blades cling to the cylinder wall, separating the stator inlet and outlet, and running round and round, changing the volume, and discharging the inhaled gas from the exhaust port, so as to achieve the purpose of air extraction, It replaces the disadvantage that 2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump needs vacuum oil to be used.
